PETER JACOB HALE Already made the news Slipped out of every noose I've cut my demons loose Get out of my face, I don't need you to save me Raged on fumes There's nothin' left to use My middle names abuse Get out of my face, I don't need you to save me Omega Werewolf Full Name: Peter Jacob Hale Nicknames: Uncle Peter, Peter, he will also accept Alpha if you'd like to stroke his ego, P.J. if you want him to rip your throat out Age: 37 Birthday: August 24 Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight Face Claim: Ian Bohen Appearance: Peter is a handsome man with the brightest blue eyes that has ever been seen. He stands at 5'10" or 1.78 m and weighs around 160 lbs. The man contributes his light weight to all of the running he does in his werewolf form as well as his metabolism which is also helped by his supernatural ability. Usually the man is seen wearing v-neck t-shirts, jeans, and boots, nothing overly fancy. He doesn't really like the fancier things in life, although his apartment is furnished nicely, but only with necessities. In his werewolf form, the man his bright blue eyes, signalling to others his killing of an innocent or many innocents. When in his Alpha form, he was distorted into a large, black wolf/man creature with large glowing red eyes. Personality: Peter Hale isn't your typical, lovable uncle. Sure, he has his moments because his family means the world to him, especially after the fire. But that doesn't mean he's mister perfect. In fact, he’s far a sinner than he is a saint. When Peter was younger he was greedy, jealous, and thought only for his own gain. Peter still has all of these traits, but now he’s more than just a greedy, jealous youngster. He’s a grown man with a plan. He’s meticulous. He thinks almost everything through and always has a plan, even if his plan ends up screwed up or messed up. His intelligence on the supernatural world makes him necessary to have around. His sarcasm and wit cannot be matched even by the great Stiles Stilinski, although the boy has had his moments. Peter finds himself to be hilarious and yet, not very many others think the same. Probably because he doesn’t always think before he speaks and what he thinks is funny isn’t to everyone else because of the situation they find themselves in. It’s usually a serious situation where Peter ends up snarking off, which is not always the best way to get to his precious nephew’s heart, nor the heart of, well, anyone else. Still, Peter is loyal to his family, including his new daughter who he has still been kept in the dark about who she is. Of course, the one thing Peter loves in the world almost more than his own family is power, power he is willing to take and steal from anyone he can. He's the Hale Alpha and in his mind, he always will be. Mother: -------- Hale, Deceased Father: ------ Hale, Deceased Children: Malia Tate (Biological Daughter, Living) Pets: None Others: Talia Hale (Older Sister, Deceased), ------ Hale (Brother-in-Law, Deceased), Laura Hale (Niece, Deceassed), Derek Hale (Nephew, Living), and Cora Hale (Niece, Living) History: Peter Hale was born a werewolf in the Hale family. He was the younger brother to Talia Hale and growing up with a perfect sister was not easy. Everyone flocked to his sister, loved her more than anything and to be honest, it made Peter a little more than jealous. As such, he did his best to stay close to his sister and corrupt her only son. Peter’s time as a child and teenager was great although he would fail to admit it. He preferred to think of himself as a tortured soul. Still, after graduating high school and not doing much of anything else, Peter did his best to manipulate his young nephew, being around him. He saved him from Hunters one night and during a time after which, Peter found that his young nephew was in love with a young human girl named Paige. Despite how it seemed as though Peter was trying to help his nephew, he did everything in his power to manipulate him and the situation to cause Derek to kill an innocent human life, which tainted his young nephew for forever. The young man continued to grow, continued to prosper. Peter loved being a werewolf, but he craved the power his older sister had. He tried to distract himself from his jealousy, women, spending time with the rest of the family and whatnot. The man never left Beacon Hills, no matter how much he thought about leaving. He needed a pack. Omegas always ended up dying and death was not something that Peter wanted, for him or his family no matter how jealous he was of his sister. During the time Derek started to date one Kate Argent, Peter found out that he was a father. It was stunning news, frightening news, but before he could act on it, his older sister stole that information, wiped it from his mind. Peter still doesn't know he has a daughter. Staying with his family, one night, Peter smelled burning wood, fire. The fire was started by Kate Argent, not that anyone knew that for sure. Peter had his suspicions and did his best to try and get out his family. Sadly, no one got out, well, no one but Cora. Derek and Laura weren’t around. Peter still wasn't sure how his youngest niece escaped but he was glad that she did. Still, Talia, and the rest of their family who was present died in the fire. Peter was only put into a comatose state. Mostly burned, his body was trying to regenerate, trying to heal itself but it took years for it to do. Years that took all for Peter's strength and energy. While healing, there was only one thing on Peter's mind and that was revenge. He wanted revenge on those who had dared harm and kill those whom he loved. So after collecting enough strength, Peter had his nurse collect information for him, all the information that he would need to exact his revenge on the people around. He had a plan, bite a new beta, call forth the Argents, cause a problem that...Kate Argent would be summoned and kill her. Once he had all the information, Peter manipulated for his oldest niece to return to Beacon Hills, carving a spiral into a dead deer. He had learned of her getting the Alpha power after his...coma. She came, surprised to find him in the woods. With what strength he had, he turned on her, ripping her in half as he did so in his blood thirsty state for the Alpha power. He needed it for their family. He needed it for revenge. He would be guilty about it later. For now, he needed to get his plan in to full action. As such, it was time to save his strength, find the perfect candidate for his bite and give it to him. Scott McCall had been in the right place at the right time for Peter when he returned the next night upon hearing that cops had found his niece's dead body...or at least half of it. He attacked the boy, it was perfect. His asthma, everything. So, he bit the boy and ran off, returning to the hospital to wait for his next move. Taunting Scott was probably the most fun that Peter had ever had. Being able to manipulate the boy as he had his nephew when he attended Beacon Hills High School was just perfect. One thing he hadn't been expecting was the return of his nephew. Still, it only offered a small kink in his plan but it worked out perfectly the day after Peter attacked the bus driver. Scott accused Derek of being the Alpha, the one who bit him. It was perfect, especially when Kate Argent returned to town. Ooohhh, he felt a great amount of pleasure when he attacked that blonde in her car, tormenting her. He was off though after she shot at him. This wasn't going to be as easy as he thought, but his attack led his nephew to get shot, led to Derek getting angry at Scott for wanting to talk to the Argents, and a visit from the both of them. Of course, when they visited, Peter was busy resting. He didn't move, he didn't do anything. He just sat there, staring off in to space, allowing Derek to show off his uncle's half burnt face. Not too long afterwards, Peter attacked the video store where Jackson Whittemore and Lydia Martin were, giving the two nightmares, which was even more perfect. The Argents would need to make their move soon. Still, Peter taunted Scott, drawing the spiral in the condensation on the window before he was summoned by Scott to the high school using the PA system. He had his accomplice text Allison Argent while he attacked his nephew and tormented Scott and Stiles in the high school. Allison, Lydia, and Jackson are soon trapped in the school as well and to make things better, the foolish beta pinned the murders that Petra committed on his innocent nephew. During his attack in the school, he and Scott fight, the Alpha overpowered the beta and forced him to attempt to attack his friends, but his friend went south when Scott snapped out of it thanks to that Argent girl but in the end she broke up with him which Peter would use to his advantage. Scott and Stiles went out to drink and ran in to a few kids who thought they could intimidate Peter's beta. He was pleasantly surprised when the boy reacted the way he did. But, they were still alive. Peter made quick work of them. He then went to attack Adrian Harris, interrogating him but he was interrupted by his lovely nephew. Still, things went well until Derek and Stiles came to the hospital to look for him. There was a fight between Derek and Peter. Peter explaining himself to his nephew, pleading with him to understand and in the end, Derek listened. After all, they were the only family they had left. Later the two attempt to coax Scott in to joining their cause, but it doesn't work. So, Peter goes for the boy's mother, Melissa McCall after forcing him to relive the pain and suffering that Peter had to feel during the Hale Fire. She was a lovely woman, a beautiful woman and if Peter had been in his right mind, he would have probably enjoyed her company for more than one evening, but their date night was ruined by her son and his friend. Later Peter attempts to retrieve Scott from Dr. Deaton's veterinary clinic, but it doesn't work out like it should thanks to a door made out Mountain Ash. Frustrated, the Alpha threw a chair next to the man's head before he whispered something with Scott, telling him that he would attack Allison. He knew the two girls, Allison and Lydia were shopping for dresses for the Winter Formal so Peter made sure to show up, being helpful towards Allison in picking out a dress before she was called off. Peter knew it was Scott and had to admit, he was impressed. Still, his nephew had been kidnapped and he needed to find out a few things. So, he stalks one Lydia Martin, playing on her love for Jackson to lure her out to the lacrosse field during the Winter Formal. He attacks her, biting her all while injecting her with subconscious images of himself and the like. He threatens Stiles, wanting help to find Derek, demanding information. In turn, he doesn't kill Lydia. The boy reluctantly agrees and the two do their best to attempt to find Derek. After finding out what he wanted to know, he offered Stiles the bite. The boy hesitates a moment before he refuses. Peter drives to his home, the Hale House, easily attacking the hunters and Scott. Kate had confessed to being the one who set the fire and Peter was quick to kill her off. He demanded an apology, but when she didn't sound sincere, he ripped her throat out with his bare hands. Not long after, Derek and Scott best the Alpha werewolf. Stiles and Jackson set him on fire with the help of Allison and her archery. Once burned badly, dying, Peter entices his nephew, goading him to kill him and in the end, his throat is slashed by the last remaining male Hale. Peter was buried under the floor boards of the Hale House. Even dead, Peter haunted Lydia Martin's subconscious and after tormenting her for weeks, both as his teenager and adult self. He told her that he would leave her alone if she helped him return to life the night of her big birthday bash. Lydia does as he says, everything he asks of her and in the end, with the moonlight bouncing off of mirror and his nephew's arm wrapped in his hand, Peter is resurrected. Once he has enough strength, he vanishes. During his rehabilitation he gets an apartment downtown and does his best to return to normal. Even so, he still isn't at full strength at his nephew's betas abandon him. Peter appears to his nephew in his loft, telling him he can help but Derek refuses his help. The two of them fight and Peter heals more slowly than before, his resurrection making him too weak to heal fast enough. He tells Derek there's a way they can save Jackson and stop Gerard. He needs a pack, he needs Derek so he can be strong enough to heal himself fully. Peter explains to him about how a name is important when it comes to shifters who have lost themselves in their monsters. Names are important. Names, especially when said by those we love, can help to suppress the monster. The two Hales attempt to recruit Scott to their cause, explaining how they can save Jackson. Scott tells them he's dead and cocooned, which leads Peter to pull out a laptop and do a little research, informing his nephew that this Kanima was transforming into something bigger, badder, and with wings. Peter manipulates his nephew once more and the two attempt to kill Jackson as the Kanima, but it doesn't work and in the end, Jackson is saved thanks to Lydia Martin, who seems to be saving everyone lately. While resting, Peter tells Isaac about how Derek was creating his pack because he learned an Alpha pack was coming to Beacon Hills. He wanted to be strong enough to take them down. Peter tends to stay out of the Derek Hale pack meetings. He stays in his apartment downtown and enjoys himself, but eventually Derek calls his uncle, asking for him to help retrieve Isaac's memories. Apparently he had run across Boyd and Erica's captive home and had forgotten most of it. Pete did help and did his best to relay what he saw in the memories. They find out they're in a bank vault in an abandoned bank. Derek and Scott went to save Boyd and Erica but it wans't long until Peter called them, telling them to get out. The bank vault was lined with Hecatolite, which wasn't going to be good. He explains to those who aren't off saving Cora (which surprised him greatly) and Boyd that everything was going according to Deucalion's plan. He wants Derek to kill Cora and Boyd which would allow him to be one step closer to joining the Alpha pack. Peter cautions his nephew after everyone returns, saying he shouldn't attack Deucalion, but naturally the pack doesn't listen. Peter hears word of his nephews death and he and his niece coincidentally meet up where the fight had taken place to find neither Derek nor Ennis' body present. They head to Deaton's vet clinic and find that the alpha pack had already arrived. Not long after that, the Darach begins to start sacrificing people and Cora and Stiles are left with Peter while Scott and Allison go to talk to Gerard. Peter tells the story of how Derek got his blue eyes, telling the story from his point of view and acting as though he didn't manipulate his nephew. He then continues to fill in Cora and Stiles about the Alpha pack, about how Ms. Morrell was an emissary to the Alpha pack and explains what an emissary is. He then tells the story about his sister Talia and Deucalion and the rest of the packs that came to Talia. He explains Derek's history further, twisting the story further as he tells it before finally ending it with saying that Paige didn't take the bite and in turn, Derek killed her to put her out of her misery. Peter leaves after that, but then Cora gets sick. He's by her side quickly and soon he and Derek take her to the hospital to make sure that she gets better, that she's not too sick. Of course, Peter is pulled into the Alpha pack nonsense as they attack the hospital looking for Jennifer Blake who is the only person who can heal Cora. So, the boys do their best to keep the Alpha's at bay. Peter injected himself with adrenaline to try and help Scott take down the Alpha twins in their merged state. Of course it doesn't end well, but they do their best to fight them off and escape from the hospital. Cora, Peter, and Stiles end up staying in an ambulance, wanting to get the hell out of there. Even with Peter's little run in with Melissa McCall, his mind is only on making his niece heal and survive. He stays by her, taking her pain as much as he can without hurting himself. Finally, the group of misfits escaped the Alpha pack, but Jennifer vanished which left Cora still sick and dying in Derek's loft. While there, Peter advises Derek on how he can heal his younger sister. He would need to take her pain, all of it, and in the end he would lose his Alpha power or even die. Even so, Derek chooses to save his sister and uses all of his strength to heal her, making himself incredibly weak. Cora takes care of Derek and Peter does his best to take care of everything around the loft. Still, nothing is perfect. Peter knows that Kali is coming for Derek as she always threatened. She hated him for killing Ennis and was coming to exact her revenge as Deucalion demanded. Peter warned Derek and Cora to leave, to flee to anywhere and once their gone, he returns to his apartment and stays there. Despite this, he still followed with what was happening with the Alpha pack. He stayed in the shadows, resting and recooperating while watching as Scott and Derek teamed up against Deucalion and Jennifer and in the end, Scott became the true Alpha and despite not wanting to kill her, Deucalion steps in and does it for him. Sadly, he doesn't do it very well as later, as Jennifer crawls towards the Nemeton, Peter runs across her and slices her throat open as she taunts him for his loss of Alpha status. The start of the new year brings nothing but chaos for the pack, specifically Peter and Derek who are kidnapped and held captive by hunters, looking for a she-wolf that the two Hales know nothing of. While torturing them and interrogating them, Peter smarts off as usual and gets his finger cut off, which is agonizing and painful, but doesn't stop the sass that escapes Peter Hale's mouth. Not long after, the two Hale men are saved by Braeden, which is good news for the two werewolves until Derek tells Braeden, despite how she had been kind enough to save Peter despite being only told to save Derek by Deucalion, that they weren't leaving without something. Wordlessly, which says something about Peter, they all go to a large home and inside it, a large box made off Mountain Ash. Braeden gets into it and Derek pulls out a wooden cylinder with the triskelion on the top of it. Peter's intrigued, but remains quiet until they get back to Derek's loft, where Peter's nephew painstakingly sews on Peter's severed finger. Much to Peter's chagrin, Derek chooses to not use any anesthetic to numb his uncle's pain. Once the finger is back on, Derek dumps out the content of the box and the older Hale sees that it's his older sister's claws. Derek has Peter stab his hand into the holes in the bottom of the wooden jar to stab the claws of his deceased sister under his own. The two discuss how Derek gets to ask his mother a question and Peter gets to keep the claws for...sentimental purposes. Despite how this is agreed upon, Peter is still hesitant and as such, Derek takes matters into his own hands and jams his uncles hand into the box, forcing the claws under his own. Once the pain has subsided, Peter tells his nephew he'll be pleased to cause his pain when the nails are jammed into the back of his neck and proceeds to do just that, holding on to his nephew so he can talk to his dead mother. Peter waits for his nephew to return to the real world and when he does, Peter asks him what she said and if she said anything about him, asked about him. Derek looks confused, but Peter tells him he was just curious. She was his older sister after all. Later on in the school year, Peter knows what he must do after weeks of planning, he goes to the high school to chat up Lydia Martin's mother, slipping her his phone number while spreading lies that he's more than likely sure he can't control anymore. Peter is, of course, reaching out to Lydia, telling her that he can help her with her Banshee abilities. She and Allison arrive at the loft and despite Allison's overly eager nature to taser him, they argue about how he doesn't want her to be there, depsite how Lydia reasons that she should be since their last one-on-one didn't end all that well. Peter talks in circles, manipulating Lydia further but Allison sees through it and the two go to leave, but Peter stops them, telling Lydia he can help with her abilities and in return, she would listen to Talia's claws to see what she stole from him. Lydia tries, but Peter wants her to try harder, he yells. Allison steps in with her cattle prod and Peter goads her, as he does everyone, and as the two start to argue, Lydia screams for them to stop, throwing the claws across the room and into the wall. There's silence in the room before Lydia tells Peter that he wasn't just an Uncle. Peter tries to get information about who his child is, Lydia tries to play dumb and he goes to threaten her, but Allison stabs him with the electric cattle prod and sends him down as they escape, writhing in pain as he wonders who his child is. Peter stays to himself mostly, trying to figure out this mystery and yet he still doesn't understand it. Still, when his nephew calls upon him, Peter is there, trying to help his nephew heal and trying to figure out why on earth Derek is setting up a chess board. He finds his nephew was slashed by one of the Oni swords. He then educates his nephew on what a Nogitsune is and what a Kitsune is. Peter then goes about his business in the loft, until he's called upon again to help with the possessed Stiles Stilinski. Peter returns to the McCall house and admittedly felt a bit awkward but focused on the task at hand, telling them that this was all psychological instead of physical and that Scott and Lydia will have to enter Stiles' mind to help save him. He coaches Scott, teaching him what to do with his claws and how it worked. Peter watches the trio carefully, very carefully and the moment Lydia's nose starts to bleed, Peter is kneeling in front of her. He shouts for her and stays there, looking at her, hoping she's alright. Most took this as Peter caring for her, but in reality, he wanted her to live to keep up her end of the deal, to tell him who his child was. Lydia, Scott, and Stiles are all pulled from their mind...world...place... Peter hastily asked who his daughter was, Lydia tells him it's Maila Tate. He's stunned for a moment before everyone watched in horror as Stiles starts to pull white gauze from his mouth. The Nogitsune rises from the gauze and Peter and Deaton are quick to pin him down, but Scott tells them to wait and unwraps it to find that it was Stiles under there, which means that the Tiles they saw was actually the Nogitsune, which had taken Lydia. With what he wanted, Peter remains out of the fight and out of the rest of the pack business. The news of Allison and Aiden's deaths did not take a toll on Peter as they had everyone else. While the loss of life was saddening, he did not connect with them emotionally. Besides, he was far too focused on how he was to approach his daughter and how to tell her that she was in fact his child. He did his research on her, thanks to the internet and even so, he's still nervous after all, was the woman he had her with her actual mother or some other woman? He wasn't sure and to be honest, he's rather scared to find out. RP Sample: “A bonfire? Seriously Derek?” Peter Hale asked as the trio of Hales walked around the large barren area, a large bonfire with people everywhere surrounding it. The beach was always a place that Peter liked to go, not that he would tell anyone. He quite liked being there. The sound of the waves breaking against the sand soothed his soul. “You’re the one who wanted to tag along, Uncle Petey,” Laura Hale called playfully to her uncle. He rolled his eyes at his niece’s attitude. He sure as hell did hate it when she called him that, but it couldn't be helped. She wouldn't stop even if he wanted her to. It was sad, but true. He would always be Uncle Petey to her. He supposed he should have found it endearing, but he only found it irritating. “Someone has to keep an eye on you both. Your mother will have my head in a jar if anything happens to either of you.” Laura grinned cheekily at him, making him roll his eyes once more, trying to hide the smile that formed on his face. As the group got closer, Peter could see what was going on. A high school party was in full swing, which was something he figured given his niece and nephew’s ages. There were people all over each other, as was the way when people were teenagers. Peter remembered being that way in his childhood, but he digressed. He was a man now, an old man almost. This was not going to be enjoyable. Within a few short moments, Laura was off with her friends and Derek had been pulled off to throw a football across the sand. Peter shook his head, but kept an eye on his family members knowing Talia would have his head if anything happened to them. Peter pulled himself away from his memory and gazed down at his sister's grave. There was no body, not even a headstone, but Peter knew where his sister had been buried, or where she would have wanted to be buried. "I'm sorry," he whispered to her, sighing gently. He hadn't looked out for his nieces and nephew as he should have and as such, one of them was dead and the other two were always in harms way. |
