Friends
Friends…well he has Scott! Although with all that they've been through he should count more as his brother. Stiles is really open to having any new friends who are willing to put up with him and his otherwise weird nature.

Family
His dad, the sheriff, is basically all he has left after having lost his mom at a young age. Scott and his mom by extension are considered family but they aren't by blood or DNA, but ask Stiles if he cares and you'll receive a negative response. They may not be blood, but they are his family.

Lovers
Uuuhhh…can we skip this one? No? Okay…well Stiles has had a huge crush on Lydia since he was in the third grade, does that count? Probably doesn't since he got over it…somewhat. However Stiles has no opposition to possibly falling for a guy or whoever in the future if that is what's in store for him. Just as long as they fall for him too. He tends to like people really quick and gets hung up on them for a while.

Enemies
Let's keep this simple. If you do even one of three things, you're gonna get on his bad side: 1) Mess with his dad; 2) Mess with his friends; and 3) Mess with him. Trust me…you don't want to get on his bad side because he won't care if his revenge puts him in danger, he's just gonna go for it and make you suffer.
