Madam Margarita Callisto-Teres Girl we got work to do pass me the paint and glue perfect isn't easy but it's you When one knows the world is watching one does what one must do not for my vanity but for humanity Druid Full Name: Margarita Callisto-Teres Nicknames: Marg,Margie, Madam Callisto(When she is her true age) Age: 67 (Though can transform herself to giving an appearance of a 25 year old as well as different women of various ages.) Birthday: December 15 1945 Gender: Female Sexuality: Straight Face Claim: Anna Karina (Younger and older) Appearance: Her hair is long, straight and black, never having dulled with her age. Her eyes are bright, blue, and full of life. Her wrinkles are reminders of the life she has lived, the experiences and choices she has made. Everything a reminder, every soften edge a memory. Then, with a snap of her fingers, those ridges go from bumpy and droopy to elastic and smooth, her figure shrinking to that of a young adults, her skin that had lost its fight and drooped rallies with defiant youth, snapping back to it’s original form. It’s radiance returning for an encore. Whenever she leaves the house, she put's on a face of makeup on another face of whoever she felt like looking that day. Yet, she cannot stay like this forever. Her skin will itch, her back will ache and her body will tire. It’s like she is holding her breath, trying to stay in the moments of her youth for as long as she can but, she has to take a breath somehow. Then, her skin becomes fragile and droops, the wrinkles become the map of her life all over again. The process repeats with the next day. Personality: Marg is social. She likes speaking to people and she love’s talking to youth. They make her feel like she is one of them. She, of course has her opinion on right and wrong, and she knows life is all about balance. Though she is mannered and patient she is also sly and vain. She is extremely vain. She simply despises her ageing and withered body and transforms her body to whatever she think's is attractive that day. Her makeup is always on, her hair is always done and anywhere she is, is littered with mirrors. She loves overdressing and dressing up, her hair filled with crazy ornaments that bring attention to her. She love’s positive attention. She loves being thought of as beautiful or attractive, she revels in it. Though, there are things she loves more such as the safety of her and the pack she is emissary to. Though, she would always put herself first in certain situations . She has the negotiation skills of a con artist. She could sell a blind man binoculars and a vegetarian a beef steak. She was silver tongued and quick thinking. Mother: Mercedes Reyas Father: Rafael Callisto Children: None Pets: A white long hair cat named Mist Others: Former Emissary to former Lunez pack, now will be emissary to Carina Lunez and her pack (if she gets one) History: Marg Callisto grew up traveling Mexico and sometimes even parts of America with her father, a child out of wedlock and, quite honestly had her orphan mother not died during childbirth, her father would have probably left her. He was a traveling magician, back in the time were magicians were marveled instead of made fun of as commercialized entertainers. They sometimes traveled with carnivals, other times they were put up in hotels, sometimes nice, sometimes not. He left her to do whatever she wanted. He left her to her own devices. She, however never got a regular education. Instead she learned her reading, writing, and basic math from the people she would meet along her and her father’s travels. Though when they happened into a little town when she was 12 and promised a permanent gig, she was overcome with joy at the thought of a permanent home. However, they were advised to keep away from the Lunez family. That only peaked her interest more. Marg was an outcast to the community . She had never learned of religion so her Catholic neighbors were weary of letting their children play with her. All accept the local palm readers. Marg felt comfortable with the palm readers from being around carnies and learned everything they would teach; she even became friends with their son, Gabrielle Teres, who was 15 at the time of her being 12. Time’s were easy through her teenage years, she and Gabriel hung around their palm readers shop, Gabe’s mother’s top clients were the Lunez family. She would only see glimpse’s of them every now and then. She knew little about them accept that they had a son gabriel’s age and that they kept to themselves. Time’s took a turn for the worst when Marg’s father was mugged returning to their home one night from a late night show he had done. The injury’s he had received caused him much pain and made him turn to drinking to subside them. She hardly went home anymore, she stayed with Gabriel and his family. His mother taking her in and even teaching her about herbalism, mixing things to heal people. Margarita would not know at the time, but Gabriel and his mother had both known Marg was a druid, like them and they were teaching her what they thought she needed to know, of course leaving out certain supernatural lesson until they figured out a way to tell her of the supernatural world. When she was 17, her father had been so drunk he had simply passed out and not woken up. This did not devastate the young Callisto girl. She cried and mourned but got over it easily with the help of the Teres family. What she would not get over was the first time she officially met Gonzalo Lunez. He had gotten in a fight with his brother and had come to the Teres household, beaten to a bloody pulp. Something that frightened Margarita, though the young man assured her he would be fine. He was, of course, werewolfs healed fast but she had not known at that time, however that was what first made her question what was going on. Through time she saw more and more of Gonzalo, though he was always with his high school sweetheart Carina. She became jealous of the Carina girl, she and Carina fought often, even at one point having Carina transform into her werewolf self, Gonzalo having to pull her off Margarita. Margarita was frightened from that, frightened and scarred from the damage Carina had managed to do before Gonzalo broke them apart. Gabriel tended to her wounds and that is when he told her everything about the Lunez pack, about what he was, what she was. She, was shocked but liked it, the idea of being an emissary to the next Lunez pack, so that she could be around Gonzalo, the desire of her life. Though, Gabriel informed her that only Teres were emissary’s to Lunez and that he would be the next emissary to the next Alpha, Gonzalo’s older brother. So she did become a Teres. She married Gabriel, using their marriage to get closer to Gonzalo, driven by her need to make him hers. She was blind to her loving husband, Gabriel, who would do anything for her. The day he became emissary they were already in their 20’s. She had put Gonzalo in a compromising position just recently after he had established being the Alpha, having to kill both his father and his brother. She tried to use this against him but it came back to bite her, he lashed out at her and told her she was hideous, inside and out, that he would always love Carina. This devastated her, she fell into a depression of self loathing and pity. Not speaking to anyone. Not even her husband could get her to come out of the house. It took her a year to recover from this, a year to realize she had been selfish and crazy. It was like one day she woke up a different person. Her husband offered to help her brush her hair, as she had left it a mess in her depressed state that day. That was the day she realized she had what she needed all along. He brushed her long black hair til it shown like silk. From then on her obsession with Gonzalo ceased and she even became friends with Carina. She was happy and content with her life, and she and Gabe were even talking about starting a family. She had gotten pregnant at 35 and was ecstatic. It was an easy enough pregnancy until the late trimesters. For some reason her child died. She never knew how and did not want to. The only explanation they ever managed to tell her was her body was a high risk pregnancy. That she was too old. From there the vanity she had grew. She was obsessed with staying young. The talk of children were never brought up again, though she still had the painful reminder of stretch marks on her body that she did once carry a child. Gabe helped her through the time, tried to make her happy and comfortable in the skin she was in, try to tell her she was beautiful but She believed her reflection over her husbands words. She would stay days in front of the mirror, tearing herself to shreds in her mind. He taught her a trick, one he hoped would distract her from her renewed self loathing and help her get over their lost child, a trick she would use the rest of her life. How to shape shift. He taught her that it would not take long for her to master if she just kept it simple. It took her a year of training to master it, but she finally had been able to turn back the clock momentarily and appear as youthful, like she once did as a 25 year old. She did this more than her husband like, she pranced around in youthful skin and as time grew on, she took different forms of people, testing out all different forms of characteristics she deemed beautiful, turning into different people, different skins. Her husband did not like this or appreciate this but it had been his doing, and his wife was happy. So he let her prance around, living life with ignorance while her husband aged, never stopping to think of what stress this was putting on him. All she knew was that she was happy. Then Gabe was 45 and she 43 and Gabe got sick. He had cancer, he was dying. In his last years, Marg’s play time was over. He made her buckle down; learn all she needed to on taking over the role of emissary. The day he died was the day Carina Vida, Carina Lunez’s granddaughter turned 5. The day Gonzalo told her that he had a feeling Carina would be his successor. She would make a great Alpha. Yet Rodolfo had the age and he had the birthright. The generations skip a mutual agreement between Gonzalo’s sons as they did not want to end up like their father and their uncle. So she let it be. Yet, from being friend's with Gonzalo and his family, she became like an aunt to the Carina Vida. Marg should have been at the meeting of the Werewolves and hunters but it had been her and gabe’s wedding anniversary. Gonzalo encouraged her to take the time to spend leaving flowers at the grave site. So she stayed home, only to find the pack she was meant to help gone, and the Alpha, her friend and past love interest not there among the slaughtered. She had little hope but Luis and Ricardo returned to her, risking coming back to tell her what had transpired. So, Carina was an Alpha. Pack or not, she’d need Marg as her emissary. She would do it in her husband’s honor and in her friend’s Gonzalo and Carina Lunez the first’s name. So she packed up and sought out her Alpha in America. She would not be too hard to find.
