Growing up laura was a smart and beautiful young girl. She grew up without a father although as a child she would go over to her friend hykeem's house. While there she came to love and trust him and his father thinking of his father as her own. When she got to middle school she learned that her mother was pregnant and for her entire 8th grade year she felt unloved. As she ended her middle school career though and began her journey into high school she came to love her younger brother and would do anything to keep him safe. As she entered the tenth grade her mother started coming home later at night and smelling of alcohol. At first laura thought nothing of it until she heard her mother had been found dead off an overdose. The news hit her like an baseball bat to the head but she had to quickly cope to take care of her brother who was taking it worse than she was. Although she understood completely how he felt. A few weeks later while out with her bestfriend Hykeem she was bitten by an wolflike creature that her friend later killed in vengeance because he thought the wolf had killed his best friend. She watched as her friend turned into a full wolf killing the beast infront of her before lifting her and carrying her to his house slightly out of the town before going back out to pick up her brother. She has quickly coped with becoming a Werewolf and has used the money she and her brother inherited to support her pack investing some of it in stocks and other companies.
