DAMIEN MITCHELL ANDERSON I've got nowhere left to run I've got nowhere left to hide If you leave me If you leave me I would die Banshee  Full Name: Damien Mitchell Anderson Nicknames: D, Mitch, DM (followed by giggles) Age: 31 Birthday: May 9 Gender: Male Sexuality: Bisexual Face Claim: Aidan Turner Appearance: Damien is a 6 foot tall brunette who's style changes from day to day. One day he could wear a suit, tie, and be very fashionable, on another day he could easily be wearing a pair of jeans and a tank top. His hair is generally curly, regardless of being let free or tied back into a bun. His smile is wide and large. When he isn't smiling, you can tell how he feels with his large, expressive brown eyes. The man is hairy, not that he minds. Hairy arms, legs, and chest. He likes his scruff, but due to his job tends to keep it a nice stubble until summer hits when he's able to rock his beard once again. Personality: Damien is a very easy going guy. He's smart, he's funny, and he loves to teach his students. In Ireland, he was very popular among his students, although he is unsure as to how well his new American students will like him. His sense of humor tends to be rather dry, but he does his best to make those around him laugh. He loves getting a laugh out of people. He also enjoys relaxing. His favorite place to go is the beach. It's quite nice for him to go there and relax. It's one of the many reasons that he has his own beach house (although not that fancy). Damien is also rather secretive about himself. He'll tell the basic things that people ask but tends to keep to himself and this is because of what he is. He is a banshee, the gene passed on to him by his mother. His sister, strangely enough, was not given the gift but he was and he likes it and can control it, within reason. He generally tends to control his urges when he needs to write certain things down or scream, but normally, he can find a place to go for that so no one is generally around when it happens. His older sister adored him the moment he was born and the two got along splendidly throughout their childhood and adulthood. Childhood was normal for damien until he turned sixteen. Once he turned sixteen odd things started to happen. He started to hear things, to sense things, and when he screamed everything became clear to him. It happened to him while he was in school and his mother was quick to take him under her tutelage. She taught her precious son everything that he needed to know about being a Banshee and helped him hone his skills so that once he was off on his own, he would be able to handle what he was. Once he was off on his own, Damien did well to remember his mother's teachings and was able to control and understand what he was. It made him skeptical of those around him, but he was still able to make friends and even get a few girlfriends that didn't last very long. Still, he was able to make lasting impressions on people and they loved being around him and loved him. Damien was pleased with his friends, with his family, and with the few girlfriends he had. Still, life couldn't remain perfect for the Banshee since soon enough, someone found out what he was and advanced on him. They attacked and killed a few of his friends who tried to protect him and it was one of the reasons why Damien called his family before he boarded a plane to America. Damien told his family how he wasn't sure why he wanted to go such a remote location, Beacon Hills, but he did and he wanted to be there and do what he could. With the degree he got from University he was able to get a job at Beacon Hill High School, which was good. He had been a teacher in Ireland, but the American education system was much different. Still, the man had done his research and is ready for the new school year, whenever that started up again. He had various meetings over the summer and time to not only get used to the town, but also to get his lesson plans ready for the new school year.
