Once Again [Aika]

Hykeem walked alone down the streets of the Beacon Hills Shopping District his phone in hand as he carefully weaved past a small line of people waiting for something. The Teen didn't know what they were waiting for but he figured of was of some importance since there was almost twenty people waiting in the line. As the boy walked past the crowd and onto the clear curb he debated whether he would turn around to see what was going on or if he should just keep walking. It really didn't take the Teen long to decide he would keep moving his business being more important at the moment. Hykeem wasn't in the Shopping District for nothing after all. Only a few days prier to this one he had gotten a call from a scout offering him an opportunity to try out for an Professional Street Soccer Team. Right after the call ended Hykeem decided he would try out. After all he would make some money and the team was close to town which would allow for him to travel back and forth from home, school, and games.

There was only one thing that was holding the Lad back from this offer and Hykeem was prepared to deal with that today. Well right after lunch. The Teen walked into the small Sandwich Shop his friend Lydia had showed him. He walked up to the clerk at the counter ordering the same Tuna Melt he ordered with Lydia before grabbing his lunch and walked to the back corner and sitting two tables down from where the two of them had sat. Right as the Teen sat down the doors the the Shop opened a small figure well known to Hykeem entering the shop. At first the person was clearly visible to the Teen but as she stepped up to the counter he knew exactly who it was. It was the one and only Aika. Well maybe not that but the only one he had known so far. The Boy had seen her around a lot but the two just hadn't had the chance to talk about what had happened with them in the Preserve yet. Maybe that would all change.
